简介：

For the past 17 years that I am a teacher of Business English and related subjects, I have developed a good skills in classrooom management, in a small or bigger classes. I have a good teaching strategies which leads to a greater retention of knowledge amongst students.

As a teacher, I look at myself as a Trail Guide to my students, especially in their journey to a new language learning. So I tried to formulate a teaching strategies where students will have a greater participation in the class. My classroom is of a conducive learning environment where each student have the feeling of belonging to a group and a feeling of self-competence, thus motivating them more for greater learning.

Furthermore, I am more into arts and English literature. I have done before a watercolor painting which I give to my former student as a gift for his achievement in our class.

Additional Information
I have a deep love and respect for China, its people and its beautiful culture and tradition. I have a collection of Chinese classical songs which I truly treasure. My life and work evolves on a dream that someday I will go and work in China, teach the English language to its young people and adults; thus contributing in a way to a good country which created a deep impression in my heart.
