Teaching 15 employers to process administrative insurance cases.
Educate, explain and mentor people from age 20 to 30 how to process the cases and correct them by giving feedback. Also did the analyse on progressing this process.
After this I did a project on administrative law. I had to judge appeals about social insurances and wrote disposals. After a while I took upon the coordinative side of the job as well by checking and correcting the disposals of others on grammatical and textual points.
