简介：

My professional life as a trainer/facilitator began in the 1990's in the small business
operations where I was required to delegate work in many roles, routinely training volunteers
and staff. I have worked within training institutions such as Quickdraw Animation and
Initiatives of Change International. I have taught and trained many people as part of my
international development work outside Canada between 2003 to 2011.
