Personal statement
I am a hard working and committed individual with the energy and enthusiasm to succeed. I set high targets for myself and am motivated to achieve. I have worked on painting commissions and have work displayed in various offices in the West End of London, Sweden and Hong Kong. I have also produced a number of public murals one of which is currently displayed in Chase Farm Hospital. I enjoy playing music and, with my brother and friends have been in a number of bands over the last few years. I enjoy walking holidays and have recently been in a party climbing Mount Snowden. I enjoy writing and editing and have been doing this in my spare time for the school newspaper. I have played drums for nearly 14 years and am in a band ‘Norwich’s Napoleons’ particularly interested in folk music. I enjoy reading philosophy, poetry and fiction and over the past year have developed as a photographer by setting up my own darkroom and increased my computer ability through recording and processing artistic ideas digitally. I have perfected my teaching skills over my time teaching in Huang Hai University; I can now teach to a vast number of ages and abilities.
