简介：
During my employment in US Steel Serbia, I have been holding English classes to top management of the company with a purpose of improving their language skills. This was especially required while English was the company's official language. The English language course was of an internal character, I was in charge of providing the curriculum, it was very dynamic, held in small groups of 6 to 8 students or individually (one-on-one classes) and comprised training from levels A1 to B2 (CEFR levels). Active or proficiency users did not undergo training. I have also upgraded office skills regarding use and practice in MS Office Package, filing data, creating reports, making conference calls, as well as interpersonal skills regarding contact with cooperates, clients and superiors – arranging classes, organizing and reorganizing schedules where necessary in a quick response upon need.
