Hi!
My name is Johan (John) Gaafvels, and I am 35 years old. I would like to work in China. I have been working in Guangzhou (located in South China) as an English teacher for the last four years. Right now I am in Sweden (north EU). Before I came to Guangzhou, I was working in the British owned medical company Astra Zenica (PR department). Prior to my university studies, I studied in America (WI), I still keep in touch with some of my US classmates. My higher studies have been focused in the fields of Design, Business & Marketing (I am holding a BA university degree and a TESOL teaching certificate). I have rich English teaching experience. Both of my parents are teachers, and I love the profession. One of my goals as an English teacher is to enable my students to want to learn. I incorporate topics and activities into my English lessons that engage students through participation. I am a creative person, and I try my best to produce updated material.
