- Manage and grow key customer relations with existing accounts, whilst developing new business opportunities
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
- Manage the sales admin function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems
- Identify and advise executive management on sales opportunities
- Responsible for planning, recruitment, direction and development of sales and admin team
