My name is Maria Ivelis Padilla Arias, I have worked over five years, with kids. Starting
from pre nursery to elementary levels. I study in a bilingual school, so I am fluent in both
languages. I am searching for new job opportunities in different places. I am eager to
learn more, and to apply more of the knowledge I have obtain so far. My interest is to
be able to adapt myself in a new environment and new type of students. I am a very
creative person, I love taking challenges and learning from them. In the teaching world
we are constantly learning and innovating, methods, strategies and more. My GPA of
the university is a 2.6, I was able to work in my final practice in a school where they
teach English as a class and not in a bilingual environment, it was really challenging but
I learn a lot, on the interaction of the language. In the other hand being a brickz4kidz
teacher, has been really fun and interesting, due to the fact that kids learn while playing,
and it is a different way of producing and seeing results in students. About my work in
preschool, small kids are a roller coaster you never know what to expect and when, in
my preschool levels, I teach them the bases of the English language for them to start
reading in kinder level a lot of phonics, I have work several years, grades and type of
students. I consider myself a person that can take a challenge and make the best of it, I
like to be organized and work neatly. Being able to participate in another programs
would enrich me in more than one way, and just by helping my country while doing it,
it’s more than enough, making the change we want to see in the world
